AI Structuring ​

AI transforms your raw notes into clear, structured, and enriched content. No more spending time formatting and organizing: write your ideas as they come, and AI handles the rest.

Why Use AI Structuring? ​

After a coaching session or a strategic analysis, your notes often look like rough drafts:

After AI Structuring, your concept will look like:

Two Structuring Modes ​

1. Full Structuring (Entire Document) ​

Full structuring transforms your entire concept. Ideal for:

  • A concept you just created with raw notes
  • An unformatted draft
  • Rough coaching notes

How it works:

  1. Open a concept in reading mode: as long as it has no section heading (raw notes, even with lists or bold text), step 3 of the progress line above the content offers Structure with AI
  2. Click that button
  3. AI analyzes all the content and proposes a structured version
  4. A preview appears in a modal to compare before/after
  5. Accept or reject the changes

2. Rephrasing a Section (with Guidance) ​

Section rephrasing lets you target a specific part of your concept and guide the AI with your instructions.

How it works:

  1. In reading mode, press Edit blocks in the concept toolbar (Blocks on a phone). Every section gets a dashed outline.
  2. Hover a section (or tap it on a phone), then press Rephrase
  3. The Rephrase the section window opens. Add an instruction if you like (optional):
    • shortcuts: Clearer, Shorter, Add an example, As a list (you can combine several)
    • and/or your own text, for example "Expand this section with more examples" or "Add a comparison table"
    • with no instruction, the AI simply rephrases the section
  4. Press Rephrase: the AI works in the same window and your text does not change yet. On a computer, Before and After show side by side with the new parts highlighted; on a phone, switch between Before and After.
  5. Choose Replace the section, Retry (with an edited instruction if needed) or Cancel (nothing changes)
  6. Press Done (or Escape on a computer) to go back to reading

In reading mode nothing shows when you hover a section, so the text stays calm. Block mode is not remembered: every concept opens in reading mode.

The Rephrase button of an AI hint in the text opens the same window, with the hint as the instruction.

The window shows your AI credit balance (the cost depends on the length of the section). If your credits are used up, it tells you right there, with the date they come back or the plans.

Tip

Section rephrasing is perfect for gradually improving an already-structured concept. You can rephrase as many sections as needed.

Preview and Validation ​

Every structuring goes through a preview before being applied:

  1. Preview modal: Shows the AI's proposed result
  2. Comparison: You can see the proposed changes
  3. Accept: Apply the changes to your concept
  4. Reject: Cancel the changes, and your concept stays intact

Warning

AI may sometimes change the meaning or remove content. Always check the preview before accepting changes. If the result doesn't suit you, reject it and try again with different instructions.

AI Annotations ​

After structuring, AI may add annotations (💡) to your concept. These are improvement suggestions: rephrasing, possible additions, points to expand on.

How to use them:

  • Annotations appear in the text with a 💡 icon
  • Click an annotation to see the suggestion details
  • Accept the suggestion to apply it
  • Dismiss the annotation if it's not relevant
  • Dismissed annotations disappear permanently

Annotations are non-intrusive: they don't affect your concept content until you explicitly accept them.

Credits and Cost ​

AI structuring consumes credits based on the length of the content being processed. Structuring an entire concept will consume more credits, while targeting a specific small section will consume less.

Best Practices ​

For Better Results ​

  1. Write freely: Note all your ideas, even roughly. AI will structure them afterward.
  2. Give context: The more detailed your notes, the better the result.
  3. Use guidance: When rephrasing a section, give specific instructions.
  4. Always check: AI can make mistakes, so review the preview before accepting.
  5. Iterate: You can re-structure multiple times. Each pass improves the result.

What to Know ​

  • ❌ AI doesn't create original strategic content: it structures your existing ideas
  • ❌ Generated content may contain approximations, so verify technical details
  • ✅ AI preserves your ideas and organizes them logically
  • ✅ You can always switch to edit mode to manually adjust after structuring
