History
History keeps all your grid reviews, Situations runs and review card sessions, not just today's. You can reopen a past review exactly as it was, and redo the grid for real.
Your reviews, day by day
Below the review tiles on the Learn Today page, the History section lists every grid you rated, newest first, grouped by day: Today, Yesterday, then the date.
Each card shows:
- the grid's name and its location in your library
- your rating: Success, Medium or Failed
- a thumbnail of what you drew, compared to the expected range
A grid reviewed twice in a day shows twice, with both ratings. Reviews load 12 at a time: See more loads the next ones.
When you rate a grid, it appears at the top of Today as soon as you are back on the page.
What about Situations?
Your Situations runs are there too, mixed with the grids by date (from the 5th hand played). See Your Situations runs.
What about cards?
Your review card sessions are there too, with the concepts to reread. See Your card sessions.
Reopening a review
Tap a card to reopen the review (a dialog on desktop, a full screen on phone). You find, as they were that day:
- your drawing and the expected grid
- your accuracy
- your rating and the date
You see the grid as it was at review time, not its current version. If you have edited it since, one line tells you: "The grid has changed since, you'll redo it in its current version."
If the grid was deleted, the review still opens, but without the Redo this grid button.
Redoing a grid
In a reopened review, Redo this grid starts drawing that grid, in its current version. It is a real review:
- your rating updates its spaced repetition schedule
- it counts for your streak and XP
- a new card appears at the top of Today
The past review is never changed: you keep a record of both attempts.
Without a subscription, redoing a grid uses your free grid review of the day, like any review (see Free or subscribed).
A pattern that works well
At the end of the week, go through your history and redo the grids rated Failed. A grid failed on Monday and passed on Saturday is a grid that is sinking in.
Your Situations runs
Each Situations run has its card: the time, the entry criteria (your program or the chosen focus, as tags), your score (for example 8/10) and accuracy, then the number of hands, grids, key hands (for example 12 key hands), the grids validated and the duration. Partial marks a run left before its end, Free version a run played without a subscription. An unlimited or timed run starts its line with Unlimited or Timed 5 min. A sequence has a single card, Sequence: name, with its number of blocks; reopened, it shows Per block above the hand details.
Tap the card to reopen the run full screen:
- Your mistakes: a table of the missed hands, one row per hand, with the columns Hand, Grid, Your answer, Expected and Result (✓ / ✗). Tap a grid name to open its block
- one part per grid: its name, location, tags, "7 ✓ 2 ✗", the grid with your hands in green (right) or red (missed), and the list of hands (the same table, without the Grid column)
- Test myself on this grid: starts Review a grid on that grid (a real review, like anywhere else)
- Your stats: each block says in one sentence what it measures, and each score reads "40% correct answers (4 out of 10)":
- By grid (each grid named by its tags, then by its name), By position (your seat at the table) and By situation (what happened before you: opening, facing a 3bet…);
- Key hands and other hands: key hands are the hands on the border between two actions of your range, the hardest; other hands are far from that border, so easier;
- Your types of errors: every type you made, with its count and what it means: Playing a hand to fold (too loose), Folding a hand to play (too tight), Picking the wrong action (right hand, wrong action, for example Call instead of 3bet). The most frequent one is highlighted;
- Average time per hand: how long you take on average to answer
Answers are shown as they were during the run; the grid drawn is its current version. Runs played before this feature only show their score per grid.
Your card sessions
Each review card session (today's review or Practice these cards on a concept) has its card as soon as one card is rated: the time, the number of cards, then how many you rated Failed, Medium and Success. Below, the concepts of the missed cards, each with Reread to open the concept.
At the top of the history, Concepts to reread lists the concepts whose cards you often miss: at least half of their cards rated Failed at their last review (within the last 30 days). Tap a concept to reread it. It leaves the list as soon as you pass its cards again.
Where each review came from
Under each card, a label says where you launched the review from:
- Path, step 3: a step of your MTT path
- Session: Warm-up: one of your sessions
- Filter: BB defense: Review by theme with a filter (tags or folders)
- You often miss: ...: your weak spot's suggestion
- Express: the express session
- Review by theme: without a filter
Relaunch replays the same thing: the same session, the same filter, the same step, with the same length for Situations. The button does not show if the session was deleted since.
Reviews made before this label have none: nothing shows for them.
A grid's own history
On a grid's page and at the end of a drawing, Learning history shows that grid's latest reviews. Show all loads the next 12, then See more continues.
