Account ​

How do I create an account? ​

Go to poker-toolkit.com/en/sign-in and log in with Google or Email. The account is automatically created upon first login.

How do I delete my account? ​

Go to your Member Area > Delete my account. This action is irreversible.

The Google popup doesn't appear? ​

Allow popups for poker-toolkit.com in your browser settings, or use email login.

I'm not receiving the login email? ​

Check your spam folder and add noreply@poker-toolkit.com to your contacts.

Free Trial ​

How long does the free trial last? ​

The free trial lasts 7 days. All features are accessible during this period, no credit card required.

Can I extend my trial? ​

No, the free trial is unique and permanent: one trial per account. It cannot be restarted or extended.

What happens when the trial expires? ​

When the trial expires, you must subscribe to continue using Poker Toolkit. Without a subscription, access to the application is blocked.

Do I lose my data if I don't subscribe? ​

No, your data is preserved. If you subscribe later, you will find all your ranges, concepts, flashcards, and goals intact.

Subscription ​

How do I subscribe? ​

After your 7-day free trial, go to the Subscription page and choose your plan: 6€/month or 50€/year (-30%). Payment is secured via Stripe.

How do I cancel my subscription? ​

Via the Stripe portal (accessible from your member area or the link in the confirmation email). Access remains active until the end of the paid period.

How does the AI credit system work? ​

Poker Toolkit uses an AI credit system shared between coaching and concept analysis:

  • Free trial: 10 coaching credits + 5 concept credits (one-time use, non-renewable)
  • Subscription: 100 shared credits per month (coaching + concepts combined), renewed each month on your billing date

When your credits are exhausted, wait for the monthly renewal (subscribers) or subscribe to a plan (trial ended).

Technical ​

What browsers are supported? ​

Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge (recent versions). WebAssembly and JavaScript must be enabled.

The application is slow? ​

  1. Clear the cache (Ctrl+Shift+R)
  2. Check your internet connection
  3. Reduce the number of ranges in the calculator

The page doesn't display correctly after an update? ​

Refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R to load the latest version.

Equity calculations don't work? ​

  • Too many combinations: Reduce your ranges (max 9,999,999 combinations)
  • Invalid notation: Check the syntax (AA-JJ not JJ-AA)
  • Slow calculation: Switch to "Medium" mode instead of "Exact"

AI coaching doesn't respond anymore? ​

Check your remaining AI credits in your member area, or check your internet connection.

Other ​

Is there a mobile app? ​

The web interface is responsive and works on mobile. You can also install Poker Toolkit as an app (PWA) from your mobile browser.
